ROOM WAS CLEAN WELL EQUIPPED & BEAUTIFUL!! WE GOT THE FIREFLY 2 BDRM DELUXE SUITE WHICH WAS 1200 SQ FT & CAME WITH FREE BREAKFAST BUFFET EVERY MORNING... FEET AWAY FROM SKYTRAIN ENTRANCE! THIS HOTEL DID NOT DISSAPPOINT! WE WILL BE STAYING AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!

We were there for the long stay, and learning to ride the railway system was very easy from the Lumen! Everyone was so pleasant to be around. Loved the buffet, and the menu for dining. Everything we needed was right across the street. They were all the way wonderful every day.

The staffs are very welcoming, not only the front office staffs, even the guard is very friendly and helpful. The room is big, and the best part is, it comes with a washer..we are able to wash our laundry daily during our stay. It is near 2 shopping malls and 1 night market.. there is also a steamboat restaurant beside the hotel. they are all within walking distances, but because there is an elderly in the group,so will grab a cab to the night market. Chinatown is about 30mins car ride..

Really enjoyed our stay . Staff were wonderful and helpful . Food was good . Had a big one bedroom suite and great value very comfortable and had a jacuzzi bath

Location is great near mall and grocery. Very accessible, easy to find. The kitchen is fully equipped. Staff are very helpful and nice. We stayed to celebrate New years eve, the view was perfect, we were surrounded by fireworks display. Breakfast buffet was also good. Not much of a selection but a great menu. The stove is not working and maintenance was not able to fix it.

By far the best hotel I've ever stayed. Very clean with a luxurious feel throughout. The roof top view is incredible! In house restaurant on point 👌 Stand out for me was the staff, super friendly and helpful with a great sense of humour 😀 Will definitely return!

Everything is just so perfect. Location, nearby attractions nearby store and shoping malls. Break fast, just too good. Staff is way too friendly and problem solving.

Large 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. We stayed 4 nights and were very comfortable. Loved having a washer as we are traveling in Thailand for 4 weeks and needed to do laundry.
